6. Payment Terms
Our service fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿). Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees are payable upon receipt of our invoice
- Payment may be made by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice
- Work will commence once an engagement letter has been signed and any agreed retainer has been received
- Fees for additional scope requested during an engagement will be agreed before that work begins
- Refunds are considered at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis where work has not yet commenced
Outstanding balances not settled within 30 days of invoice date may incur a late payment fee, details of which will be stated in the relevant engagement letter.
7. Service-Specific Terms
The following apply to advisory and filing services:
- Scope of work — the scope of each engagement is defined in a written engagement letter. Work outside that scope requires a separate instruction and agreement on fees.
- Timelines — we will indicate estimated timelines at the start of each engagement. Delays caused by late submission of required documents by the client may affect those timelines.
- Approval before filing — no tax return or filing will be submitted to the Revenue Department without your explicit written approval.
- Confidentiality — all client information is held in confidence. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services (for example, electronic filing systems).

We make reasonable efforts to keep content current, but tax law and Revenue Department interpretations may change. We recommend confirming the application of any information to your circumstances by contacting us directly.
Advisory services are provided based on the information you supply and on our interpretation of current Thai tax law. Tax positions are, by their nature, subject to review by the Revenue Department. We cannot assure specific outcomes from any position taken.

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, anantarda's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, however caused.
This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or where liability may not be limited by law. Force majeure events — including natural disasters, regulatory changes, government orders, or other circumstances outside our control — release us from obligations that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify anantarda and its staff against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, from information provided by you that is inaccurate or misleading, or from your use of our services or website in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice. Where termination occurs mid-engagement, fees will be assessed for work completed to the date of notice. Obligations of confidentiality and the provisions of sections 5, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.
